The CPL English Language Assessment Test is designed to test your CURRENT competency in English
THE TEST:
The CPL ELAT is a multiple-choice test.. The 100 questions are based upon a variety of internationally recognised and widely used formats.
The Test is administered entirely online and takes 50 minutes to complete. Scores and CPL certificates are emailed to candidates normally within 24 hours.
Candidates access the test from the KEPA website via a User Name and Password. These are emailed direct to candidates when the test fee is paid.
Candidates do not need a knowledge of computers to do the test. After logging in, they click on the red "Units" icon on the left of the page. This takes them to the test page where "Take Test" must be clicked to start the test. All questions are then answered by using a mouse. Candidates can change their minds, move forwards or backwards through the test as much as they like, and press the "Submit" button when finished. If they run out of time, they are automatically logged out of the system.
